A new website for the National Certificate in Technology was launched by Hon. minister Piyasena Gamage, the minister of vocational & Technical Training on 19th November 2008 at the computer premises of Technical College - Kalutara in parellel to Vo-Tech programme - 2008.

The Hon. minister Rajitha Senarathne, the minister of Construction & Engineering services also participated to launch this website.

This programme was organized by the Students' Association of National Certificate in Technology.
